| Take
a group of teenagers from diverse backgrounds, who have an even
more diverse set of musical tastes, put them into the Paul Green
School of Rock Music in Princeton, New Jersey watch them bond.....
and you've got what's called Dyslexicon.
With
an average age of 15, Dyslexicon has already managed to accomplish
what many musicians could only dream of.
Collectively
or individually they have shared the bill at the School of
Rock Festival (in Asbury Park) with Ween, Bad Brains, and
Adrian Belew, recorded with John Ginty (Citizen Cope, Santana,
Bad Religion, James Iha), they've played legendary Stone Pony
in Asbury Park as well as John & Peter's in New Hope,
PA., and, all of this while continuing to attend and rehearse
for upcoming School of Rock shows at venues throughout New
Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Dyslexicon
is currently writing and recording and plans to have a full
length album of all original material out in 2008.
